PanaForma is a Windows app for automated data capture from PDF files that follow a consistent format. Examples include: invoices, sales orders, receipts, expense reports, and surveys - but PanaForma can be used with any type of document!
With PanaForma, a user can create a data capture template for a document format, and then with a couple of clicks, apply that template to as many PDFs as needed. For example, a user could define an invoice template using the January invoice, and then instantly capture data from the invoices for February, March, April, May, etc...
Once the required data has been captured, a user can export it to an Excel file or to a CSV file, or copy it to the clipboard to paste into another Windows application.
