Metis works with 'open' text - we use Machine Learning to find the emotional words in thousands and thousands of responses, meaning that every result is unique, authentic, and important. Our long history in the field means we can also see what people 'aren't' saying - which no other form of research can pick up. We notice when people DON'T talk about something, which often points to a window of opportunity.
