The Build in Tulsa Techstars Accelerator supports and invests in 24 early-stage startups led by underrepresented founders each year. Startups participate in an intensive, 13-week program, receive hands-on mentorship, curated entrepreneurial content and programming, up to $120K in funding, and access to Techstars' vast network of mentors, investors, alumni and corporate partners.
Tulsa has a unique startup ecosystem with a relatively large amount of resources focused on developing it, while aiding in the effort to rebuild Black Wall Street. Founders who have a hard time standing out in other more developed startup ecosystems can come to Tulsa and find more support.
