We're launched in 2013, raised pre-series A funding from two Japanese VCs in 2014, and have had 2,200 customers in 78 countries so far.

Our team helpdesk product brings all your customer email, SMS, twitter, facebook, and live chat conversations in one team inbox. It makes multichannel support efficient by everyone in your team. Our most recently launched live chat widget lets online businesses install chat widget on their homepage to talk to online visitors in real-time to boost conversion. 

Our application is available on both web and mobile (android), and provides API that integrates with other apps.
